MLB and NFL on Artificial Turf

Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia, and its horrible artificial turf.
Rest in pieces: April 10, 1971 - September 28, 2003

As you can see, MLB has come to the conclusion that artificial turf is bad -- only 2 of its teams still play home games on the plastic stuff, and more than half its teams have never done so -- while the NFL, now entering its 51st season (counting the 1960s AFL) with at least 1 team with it, doesn't seem to care.

This will be a rare listing in which I will be including moved teams' entire histories.
