Most NFL Championship Games

Remember: The NFL Championship Game was first played on December 18, 1932, 34 years and 4 weeks before Super Bowl I.

Ties broken by most wins, then by most recent. AFL and AAFC Championship Games are counted on this occasion.

1. New York Giants, 19: 1933, 1934, 1935, 1938, 1939, 1941, 1944, 1946, 1956, 1958, 1959, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1986, 1990, 2000, 2007, 2011. The Giants also won the title in 1925.

2. Cleveland Browns, 15: 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949 (all of those in the AAFC), 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1955, 1957, 1964, 1965, 1968, 1969.

3. Chicago Bears, 14: 1932, 1933, 1934, 1937, 1940, 1941, 1942, 1943, 1946, 1956, 1963, 1985, 2006. The Bears also won the title in 1921.
